Please use this form to book your bike in for servicing. If you are looking for same day emergency repairs, please call us, as we ask for 48hrs notice for online bookings. We are proud to be an official Bosch and Shimano Steps service centre for electric bikes. We are happy to service main brand electric models, but do not take bookings for converted electric bikes.

    ​Our workshop team are kept busy servicing bikes, but we aim to respond to your enquiry within 48hrs.  If you need urgent repair work, please call us instead on 01392 424241. 

    (Please note we are closed on Wednesdays from November to April.)

    Please note: we are unable to service converted electric bikes (please call if unsure).
    Due to our limited storage, we aim to have your bike back to you the same day, subject to parts availability.
    ​We offer free courtesy bikes from our hire fleet whilst yours is being repaired. We can offer hybrid bikes with mudguards and pannier racks, but not electric bikes. Just ask when you drop your bike off.
